Location

The conference will be held on March 11, 2010, in the BYU Conference Center (770 East University Parkway, Provo, Utah).

Parking

Parking is available free of charge on BYU campus—just west of the Conference Center in Lot 20. Wednesday is a school day, so please park in the west end of the parking lot, because there will be student traffic. If you are bringing an RV please park in Lot 37 north of the Indoor Practice Facility. Please be aware that there are no hookups and all RVs must be self-contained. Airport-to-Hotel Transportation

EXPRESS Shuttle is available to transport you to and from the airport. The telephone number is 1-800-397-0773. (It is approximately a one-hour drive from the Salt Lake City International Airport to Provo.) We strongly encourage you to make shuttle reservations ahead of time to avoid waiting at the airport. If you choose to make arrangements upon arrival, the shuttle service counters are located near the baggage-claim area.

Car rental is available at the Salt Lake City International Airport .

Food

Breakfast and lunch will be provided for the conference and is included in the registration fee.
